Shipping & Returns


Orders are fulfilled 1- 3 days after purchase. 

We ship using USPS and UPS. Options for shipping are available at checkout. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Once your package has been shipped, the shipping provider holds responsibility for delivering your package safely to your door.

If you expect that your package is lost or stolen, please check with the shipping provider to file a claim. 


Returns of unused products in their original condition will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.

If you would like to return your item, please email us here with your name, order number, and reason for return and we will get back to you within two business days.

Please do not mail your item back before contacting us. If your item has not been approved, you will be ineligible for a refund.

Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will issue you a refund. Please note that all shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund.

At this time we are unable to accept returns for international orders.

All sale items are ineligible for return.

International Orders:

For all orders outside the United States, customers will be responsible for all customs charges.
